The Library
Sessions are one doorway. This page is for all the other days: journal prompts, practices, and the podcasts, books, and tools that keep me tuning in. Take what resonates, leave the rest.
Consider this a little sneak preview. I'm still building the library out, piece by piece, so that in time it holds only what actually serves you best.
Coming soon · the doorways below show you what will live here
Choose a doorway below. Each one opens on its own, so you can go one layer at a time.
Journal Prompts
A journey in writing. Thirteen days, because that is how the Tzolk'in moves: a wave of thirteen that begins in unity, moves through challenge and growth, and arrives somewhere new. Each day peels back one more layer.
One day at a time. A few honest minutes are enough. There is no way to do this wrong. Start at day one; tap a day to open its prompts.
The thirteen days below show you the arc already. Their prompts open with the rest of the Library, soon.
Phase One · Days 1 to 3
Before anything can shift, you have to land where you actually are. These first days are only about noticing. No fixing yet.
Phase Two · Days 4 to 7
Under the noise live the voices, expectations, and weights you have been carrying. These days are about seeing them clearly, maybe for the first time.
Phase Three · Days 8 to 10
With the layers named, there is room for what is actually yours: your truth, your desire, your power. These days are about listening to what says yes.
Phase Four · Days 11 to 13
The last days gather everything. Softening toward yourself, letting what wants to come through you speak, and choosing what you take with you.
How to Journal
You do not need to be a writer. The page is not an audience, it is a mirror. A few things that help:
Nobody reads this. Spelling does not matter, sentences do not have to finish, and mess is welcome. If you notice yourself writing for an imaginary reader, name it on the page and keep going.
Write a question at the top of the page and answer it without stopping to think. Often the third or fourth sentence knows something the first one did not. If an answer surprises you, follow it.
Between prompts, pause. One slow breath, feet on the floor, notice what the writing stirred up. The body answers questions the mind keeps circling around.
End every entry with a single sentence that feels true today. Not clever, not pretty. True. Over time, those closing lines become a trail you can follow back to yourself.
A small aside: the journal itself matters more than you might think. Sem writes in Flame Tree Notebooks, the ones with foiled covers and a magnetic strap to hold them closed. Choose one you love to open, and you will keep coming back to it.

Back to all doorwaysPodcasts
Much of what shaped Tune In arrived through headphones. These shelves hold conversations that stretch what feels possible. Sem is still placing her favorites on each one.
Energy, belief & the body
How thought, belief, and emotion shape the body and the life around it. Where biology meets what you hold inside.
Sem is still gathering her favorites for this shelf.
Consciousness & the bigger picture
Quantum physics, consciousness, and the questions that open when you take "everything is energy" seriously.
Sem is still gathering her favorites for this shelf.
Emotions & the nervous system
Trauma, stress, and how the body keeps the score. Gentle, grounded voices on feeling instead of bypassing.
Sem is still gathering her favorites for this shelf.
Ancient & ancestral wisdom
Old knowledge that still works: Hermetic teachings, the Maya calendar, ancestral healing, Eastern medicine.
Sem is still gathering her favorites for this shelf.
Books
Some books do not just inform you, they redirect you. This shelf is small on purpose: only the ones that genuinely changed something.
The one that started it
The Power of Your Subconscious Mind, by Joseph Murphy. The book that first opened this whole path for Sem.
The rest of the shelf
For going deeper: Power vs. Force by David R. Hawkins, The Honeymoon Effect by Bruce Lipton, and The Kybalion by the Three Initiates.
And for when you want something different before bed, imagination instead of a Netflix series: Verity and It Ends With Us, both by Colleen Hoover. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho sits somewhere in between, a mix of fun and teaching.
Apps
Tools worth carrying with you.
The Pattern
Personal insight into your own patterns and timing, blending Human Design with other systems. Sem returns to it often.
